Very very poor se...
Very very poor service. Paid $8500 for a new steamer, and was sent one that was blatantly used. They would not pay to ship it back, so I drove it 5 hours. Was told the accessories would take 2 weeks. That was 5 weeks ago and they are no where in sight. Very disappointed
