This company twice cancelled appointments the day before the actual plumbing service I had arranged for. My wife and I had already arranged to obtain boxes for everything stored under our kitchen and bathroom sinks and packed everything up. Randy or Rani (the guy who schedules the work) could certainly use a course on Customer Service. After cancelling my second appointment he called back and asked me when I would like to schedule a third. Unbelievable! Avoid like the plague!
