Booked online with Kayak, got a reservation confirmation on my email, went to pick up the car and they didnt have one. Collingwood Enterprise manager was angry and rude and told me not to book with third party websites because he does not honor them. Never been bullied by a rental car manager before but he enjoyed it. And I had to go elsewhere to rent my car. Next time will start with another car rental company. Any other car rental company will be better than Enterprise Collingwood.

April 5th 2019 rented my first car from the Collingwood lot.Staff are friendly, vehicles are well maintained and affordable too! Will be doing more business with them.

Cars are not clean properly. Always check cup holder area. Disgusting. But the cars run well. You must be clear and request for cars to be cleaned properly.
