Always forgetting items in orders. 3 item order, one item missing. No receipts given so can’t follow up . Happened several times now. Food often cold / not fresh. I would pass on this location.
Unbelievable... got McDonald’s in Chelmsford after trick or treating.. . spent $50 and our order wasn’t even correct for a double quarter pounder for it to only have one paddy ... all our fries were cold and gross. Got a Big Mac and my paddy’s tasted like they were cooked yesterday they were cold and like rubber.... got a chicken wrap.. they didn’t have grilled so I had to get a crispy and one again that was cold and tasted hard n stale like it was from yesterday.... completely unhappy....
Horrible service in the evenings....always food missing, always wrong ALWAYS! Terrible service and if you are missing something, they try to make you go back to the back of the line! Management should really look into all the complaints but they don't.
