Charged us 75$ to come look at our oven door, was lead to believe I’d get the door back in a week. After a week and a half of no updates we called, they told us “oh yeah it’s fixed, he might be that way tomorrow to drop it off” The next day came and went no door. One day shy of two weeks and the door shows up, $130 charge for the repair and installation. When confronted about the two week wait was given some excuse “oh didn’t have a phone number to contact you”, “crane went down in town blocked
