Just ordered pizza for my daughter and her friends from titos. I'm a single father and don't have a lot of money to be tipping. I paid for the pizza and said Thanks... 5 minutes later I get a call and a phone message from the delivery driver rudely and sarcastically "thanking" me for the tip.... I am floored by how rude and disrespectful this was... We will never order from titos in hespeler again... I will take my money elsewhere....

We have been orde...

We have been ordering from Titos since we moved here 3 years ago. Recently we ordered what we usually order and when we got it home it had red onion instead of red pepper. We never order red onion because we don't like them. We called to explain the mistake and they said that is what we ordered. They would not do anything about it and would not admit to their mistake. Very disappointed since we had family over for dinner for my dads 66th birthday.

Absolutely ignora...

Absolutely ignorant service. How this place is still a business is beyond me. I would give it a zero if that was an option.

Cheap

What can I say? it's cheap. you're not going to find too many places that will sell you a 5 topping large pizza for $10. With that being said for what it is, it's not completely bad. Pizza from here is usually quite greasy and the amount of grease increases exponentially for each meat based topping you order. It tastes alright, to be fair, I like their sauce but they use that cheap greasy plastic cheese that some of the other budget pizza places use. Vegetable toppings are fresh. It's edible Service here is quite slow however. Best to call ahead if you plan to pick up. Atmosphere? what atmosphere? it's a take-out pizza parlor with mismatched dated decor. Will I come back? Of course, it all goes back to my first point, where else are you going to get a 5 topping large pizza for $10?

First impression always counts, right?

This is my first review, so bear with me, I'll be straight up in point form. Interior - below average. There was a gaggle of chairs in the corner that appeared to have once belonged to an '80s greasy spoon diner. I should have turned around and walked out. Appearence is very important to me. Atmosphere - there was none - the man working there, I'm assuming was the owner, but maybe not - didn't even crack a smile or a "Hello my friend, how are you?" Pizza (if you call it that) was average at best considering the price. Personally, had I more time that afternoon I would have made my own pizza at home. Sign at the street corner has the letter 'O' removed, thus changing the name of his business to something else I'm sure we can all guess - probably the result of some bored and hungry 'youts'. Will I go back? No.
