    This experience was terrible. Ordered a cab, put my coat on and went to the lobby to wait (I live in a high-rise). When the cab didn't show I called back and was told the driver was here and left because no one was waiting. No phone call or text to let me know they were here. Terrible service!

    I called to enquire about airport transportation. I was put through to the person who handles this and left a voicemail message October 13 and October 18. No call back. I give up
