I ordered from them today for the first time. It took then almost 2hrs to deliver my pizza and when it finally got here one of my pizzas was wrong. So I payed for 4 toppings and instead only got 2. When I called in to complain they couldn't even send me a second pizza to fix there mistake instead suggested I get a store credit but not like I'll use it as I am not planning to order from them again
No eat-in restaurant, so "atmosphere" is kind of negligible. The staff are all cheerful and pleasant. They get your order right the first time. The pizza is really good, the store is clean and tidy, the menu boards are well-kept and easy to read. They are patient while you read the menu (then end up with pizza anyway).
There is a reason this place is in high demand. Actually there are several reasons to be exact. 1-Very delicious pizza. 2-Very fast and polite service- I mean super fast. 3-Very cheap compared to the superior quality of the pizza you can buy. Everyone in Cambridge owes to himself (and their family :) to try it. Enjoy
Not sure how they got the lower rating on here they're by far the best pizza around! Great value and great pizza every time. Highly recommended
Good pizza you bet! Good service, not even close!! We order from city pizza Cambridge all the time...last winter we did not get our order, so I called, was given a sob story by the owner saying his delivery driver had been in an accident. I was sorry for the driver and said so and did not complain when I was told he could not fulfill our order at this time. I have used City Pizza for personal and corporate purposes. Their pizza is very good and the price is very economical, especially when serving 80-100 people. They are always on time and correct with their orders. Everyone seems to enjoy their pizza and I have never had any complaints.
