Total lack of communication. After six months of excuses I was forced to look else ware to have the work done.

Its unfortunate he wasn't happy, but he really needed a pattern maker, not a sign fabrication company. We tried to pair him up with someone to do his work but no one would accept his job due to the small scale. We tried, but can't make everyone happy! Best of luck with your project anyway.
