May 23/19 I went to this location hoping to purchase a Navy Blue top. The sales clerk rudely told me Navy is out as the spring colours are in.. Strangely, there was a lot of black on the racks, is this considered a spring colour?. I was looked down upon, why? because I am a senior? I walked out rather than letting her know how she made me feel. I continued my shopping and found Navy in all the stores, from tops, to pants, and dresses.. I found a top elsewhere, I will never return to B&W

Repeatedly unpleasant shopping experience...

I am an occasional WHBM shopper. Depending on the collection, I tend to make large purchases. When dressed up, I receive lots of attention from the sales associates who call themselves "stylists". They race you to the change room to try something on and aggressively start bringing in more items for you to try. Some had dared to open curtains of my change room without notice while I was undressed!! If I visit dressed down or have a return,they pretend not to see me! I now avoid this location!
