Absolute rip off - came to senior home on short notice - charged TRIPLE anyone else (due to emergency call out - not told to customer a head of time) and did not fix anything! Quoted parts with 400%+ mark up Had another company come out - fixed it easily with existing parts - just needed a cleaning was needed!! NO NOT USE!
