I recently started an online order to purchase a new washer. I contacted Brandon at the Brockville, Ontario store to change the order from delivery to pick up. Brandon was very knowledgeable and extremely efficient. He made the necessary changes, sent a confirming email, and offered further assistance. I have never had such professional, courteous attention from a company’s customer service representative! I give Brandon five stars and the Brick should give him a promotion and a raise!

my experience with the Brick Brockville great working with Joy and Brenda I purchased a mattress, freezer and fridge. after receiving my fridge I found it was way too big for my kitchen the two girls helped my find the perfect one for us and everything is perfect now. I will be returning in the future looking for furniture for my husbands man cave.
