Dispatches contractors for work,be careful. got a call from plumber, relayed work that was needed. Got a verbal quote and invited plumber to do work When received invoiced it was for 40% more then quote. Question with the dispatch company and was told that it was for 4hrs of work when plumber was here for 2. then plumber thought he was here for 3. When questioned again said it was for travel time. Area loaded with plumbers,10m north brockville. Who needs a hour travel time at $100 an hour
