    Terrible experience. They messed up 3 of my orders and they wouldn't even give me a refund! Dawn the "manager" was extremely rude and has no form of customer service whatsoever. Management at this location has really gone down hill after Anu stepped down as manager. I do not recommend anyone go here to get any printing down EVER!

    todays experience was bad employees are not ready to help the customer if he is stuck with scanning you are charging for scanning and you said that you are here to help with scanner then what are you doing here if you dont have respect for customer
