Nightmare ..... On Tuesday 1st of Feb 2022 i was suppose to get my Travel document from an other country in order for me to fly. But the DHL mistakenly delivered to a wrong address and then onward my nightmare started. After few weeks they told me they have lost my package and cannot get it back. Waybill no 1055901980. what a waste as first the delivery guy cant read the address and secondly it took them 3 days to figure out where they have delivered my package.

Dhl company is a disaster. Our company has boycotted them with good reason They screw up orders, no communication, no one has any idea what is going on there. Bad email response-always. Stay away by all means!!!!

dont ever use these frauds! DHL has been faking delivery attempts. Im dealing with six different people and not a single person can provide any resolution, locate the package or let me know when its going got be delivered to me. I have cctv footage for the time of said delivery attempts and no DHL truck or personnel was found at the delivery location. their manager of customer service is rude. their other staff have laughed at me when Ive called to file a complaint. again, DO NOT use DHL ever!!

Hav to recieve a parcel to india 4 weeks ago..but still not get it..office in punjabi bjaar brampton says its in india....but they didnt gave tracking id to my friend...sometimes they say i will reach tommarrow...sonetimes they say name of city was typed wrong...whose mistake..mine?? For trusting dhl

It took two days for a package to come to Canada from china. DHL has had it here for five days and no delivery date yet. Repeated attempts to contact them with no definite information available. They do not return calls. The tracking system is a joke. Here is a typical entry " package sent to wrong destination and now sent to correct destination". From where to where? If you want to intentionally lose something that is the way to go. When are you going to deliver it? Can I pick it up?

I called DHL H.O. on 08/15 as I received a text saying they were unable to deliver/address information needed; contact DHL. I confirmed the address to them again. On 08/16 I checked the tracking # for delivery status and was shocked to see note entered "recipient refused delivery". I called DHL not to return to shipper. I have been living at the address for the past 4.5 years and all other courier companies have no difficulty whatsover in finding this address. Ridiculous service.

#DHL FAIL .

I can't even give them 1 star. The document we are to receive was shipped almost 2 weeks ago. It was to be delivered to our home. The tracking says it arrived in our town last Wednesday. The customer rep says it is in Vancouver. It is my sons student visa to go to university... if it doesn't arrive tomorrow we will lose $3000 in airfare and he will not be going. What do we do? #DHL Fail

terrible clients support, do not do delivery at time, do not inform when gonna be delivery, do not call before delivery. you pay by door to door, but at the and you should go and pick it up by your self!

Never Order With DHL

I would just like to tell you that DHL is the worst delivery company I have EVER had a delivery from. I am never using them again and I suggest everybody else stays away as well. My package arrived to the Toronto airport on Tuesday and on the tracking log it even got into the hands of a courier. But then mysteriously it never made it to my house. You claim it was an address error but how can that be when DHL has my address and my house has existed at this address for 60 years? Ok so I assume the
