I am new to my house and the pool. I got lot of advice from Pool Mart how to manage it by myself. Last winter my pump stopped working. I ended up buying a used pump and install it thanks to Pool Marts' advice. Saved over $400. I shall continue my business with them.
Last fall our pool liner was damaged because of a storm. We required a temporary repair to get us through the winter. Pool Mart put a temporary repair in place. Throughout the winter I compared prices/service, however returned to Pool Mart for the liner installation. Their staff are professional and courteous. Their prices are very competitive and they have been in business over 25 years. These guys that work with Rob from Pool Mart are amazing. Call me anytime for a reference. Scott JMB.
Terrible customer service. Didn't do the job they agreed to, never returned money. Would never recommend. Buyers beware.

We went to Pool Mart to buy a new pump because our pump was not working. The staff asked what was wrong with the old pump? We explained the that our pump was making a humming sound and it would not turn on. Pool Mart staff suggested that they would send one of their technician's out to trouble shoot the problem. The owner came out the same day and resolved the issue by unseizing the pump and we were charged a service call. Thanks so much Pool Mart we saved over $400.00. Best Service Ever. They always give us the most economic advise.They also test our pool water for free. Thank you Pool Mart we will recommend all our friends and neighbours to shop at your store.
I am a new homeowner and got the house in November and the pool was already closed......New years day 2011 i noticed that some of Water bags were flat so I called Pool Mart and they told me that they would swing by and deliver the water bags the same day....what customer service.....they also offered to install them at no extra cost but i told them that I would. Visited their shop a few days later for some chemicals for my Spa and they had an extensive selection on Spa supplies at very reasonable prices.Their location was very easy to get to.Please do yourself a favour check these guys out for yourself.
