My mother went there for a pedicure and shellac manicure. She only had water sprayed on her legs and feet, no soaking etc.. they had to paint her toes 3 times and yelled at her because her toes touched together because they did not put the spacers in. I am a repeat customer, this is my mothers first experience and now in the future either of us will return. Not acceptable service!!
The Nail Lounge & Beauty Bar is very clean and welcoming. A great modern atmosphere. Sometimes I feel rushed when I have treatments done. Communication is a bit frustrating as well. Overall, a great place to have manicures and pedicures. Menu of services and prices that are visible to clients would be beneficial. This has been requested many times, but nothing has happened. Last thing, perhaps a television right above the manicure area with news or music videos would be a good idea.
Amazing service and reasonable pricing! I left feeling relaxed and very pleased with my mani & pedi! They take their time and make sure you are pampered! Very happy and will definitely be back!
