We had a home inspection done in Collingwood that required a WETT inspection. Steve came out and appeared very knowledgeable but missed identifying the chimney needed extensive repairs. This was partially due to the fact he did not use a camera as part of his inspection. Once we brought the issue up he did not return phone calls or emails and left us hanging. He took absolutely no responsibility for missing what we hired him to find. Terrible customer service.
