I bought a sectional in Barrie store. and spent over 4000 and they sold me scotch guard cost me 300 and They told me that if I didn't use the service. I would get a refund after five years. When I requested my refund instead I got a credit and I had a week to use it. I bought a lazy boy chair and I was told that it would take 3 months. after speaking with the manager she told me that it would take another 5 months. It was upsetting how I was mislead. I do not recommend anyone to shop there.

Bought two love seats last May 2017 and delivery made in July. We are going on repair number 3 for a love seat that is not even a year old. Workmanship is horrible; we will never buy another lazyboy product. Given that we used the unit 4 months before leaving for AZ for 6 months and just returned to yet repair # 2 & 3, well I think that speaks for itself. They can hire all the models they want to flaunt their products but workmanship is not backing up their ads.

Problems arranging delivery, must be to their schedule not yours. Item sold as new found to have had damage that was repair at some time before we purchased, other defects in products surfacing just after 1 year warranty ended, response essentially was sorry about your luck. All this after spending over 10K in their store. Be wary!

Dealing with Chris was a great pleasure. He is always so helpful and friendly and has a great sense of humour. Love Lazy Boy products.
