My husband and I went into the store March 22 @2:00 pm We walked in the store there was no greeting or acknowledgment from the sales associate. There was only 1 other person in the store,she was helping her, never once did she say I will be with you in a minute or is there anything I can help you with. We left after 10 min and went elsewhere to purchase a patio dining set. I would hire someone who could serve more then one customer at a time.

My husband and I have shopped for patio furniture here every year for the past three years and have always received excellent customer service. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and the quality of the furniture is outstanding. We highly recommend, you wont regret it!
