Incompetent auto repair

Certainly not impressed with their auto department. Went in for a routine oil change. I live 5-10 mins away from my job. On my day off I drove to Newmarket, when I arrived home and parked in my garage noticed my car was pouring out oil, not dripping but pouring. Unable to start my car I had to get a tow truck and have the car towed to the nearest auto mechanic. Of which he informs me that the person who changed my oil did not put the plug back in.
