put a scratch in my gas tank from removing my air filter cover, they removed one bolt first then the cover was able to "hinge" and come up and scratch my tank. i know this because i did it myself once before and had the tank repainted. when questioned the owner ryan denied that it happened, saying that they don't take the cover off for just a standard service, although i was told cleaning the filter would be part of my service will never go back and don't recommend going there.
