    No Show

    We had a positive first start with Perma Dry. The owners son took the time to come over outside business hours to give us a quote because we could not be there during the day. Nonetheless, we booked an appointment for work, I took the day off and no one showed up. I called them and my name was not in their appointment book! The best they could do was re-book the appointment and I will miss another day of work because of it. Not happy.

    EXCELLENT SERVICE OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN

    I (and a couple of relatives as well) have been dealing with Perma-Dry for years while they were known as Permacrete at the time. Over the years we have built and sold many houses and once in a while we would come across leaky cracks. Perma-Dry (or Permacrete) was always there for the repairs and we NEVER had a problem with any of their work! They also did a concrete walkway at one of our constructions, and stamped concrete at another one of our constructions. Very beautiful! We continue to use Perma-Dry at our personal home, as recent as early 2011 and the service and their technologies are second to none.
