In the fall of 2019 I purchased a new furnace an oil barrel from Matt Smith's Heating Service. Not because he was the cheapest quote I got but he assured me the after purchase servicing yearly and whenever needed would be available. He returned a number of times because of soot, fumes, etc and this year when I called to have my furnace serviced for winter after a number of messages when someone did answer the phone I was put on a list. Customer service is terrible and not reliable.

Mistake on my part hiring this guy, first of all he sold me an inadequate heat pump for my application, and when I tried to upgrade to something that would work he tried to charge me $600 more than another local guy had paid for the same unit a couple of weeks prior! Then to top it off, see images provided, you will see that he also installed broken parts to finish the installation. Very bad business ethics, and rip-off tactics present while dealing with this person. STAY AWAY...
