ridiculously long wait to get in to an appointment, and impossible to get anyone on the phone. not quite sure why making an appointment is necessary in this office.

Dr. Melanson is an excellent physician. I admire that he's not afraid to try various medications when necessary. He is highly intelligent, and maybe a little cold at first, but that goes away. He's great. We are blessed to have him!
