Absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. The woman (only woman whom I've seen working there) has been the worst not once, but both times I've been there. Both times, 2 weeks apart from each other mind you, she finds it more important to be texting her daughter about a dress she bought than help the 3 seperare customers who have been waiting now for over 45 minutes. The second time I made it aware I had an hour before work, what does she do? She calls her sister about shoulder pain.
