Real bread at Hofer's

For those of us who like 'real' bread (dark heavy ryes and such), Hofer's is the only place in Moncton/Dieppe/Riverview that seems to answer our prayers. They are also located at the Dieppe Farmers' Market on Saturday mornings and the line up is constant but worth the wait. Meanwhile, back at the Bakery, we stopped to eat one of their homemade soups which was a delicious vegetable soup along with their 'famous' heavy vegetable-packed quiche...one of those deep dish type of quiches. A superb meal. And, of course, we left with 4 loaves of bread because it was Wednesday when they have their '4 for the price of 3' bread special.
