Shields gave me extremely poor quality work, lies and mistakes. It has been a six week battle to get them to fix the mistakes they made. I have been very patient and communicative. They lie about when they will show up and did not do the very basic work that they charged and invoiced me for. They have no plan to fix the mistakes or communicate with me. They offered nothing but completely unreasonable and unprofessional service. I'm not surprised by the F Rating at the Better Business Bureau.
