1 star is too gen...

1 star is too generous. DO NOT FILE YOUR TAXES WITH H&R BLOCK. I was treated horribly and was charged an exorbitant fee. I asked for a breakdown of the cost and the "tax professional" was extremely rude and the lady at the front desk was making jokes about how much I had to pay. I called customer service to file a complaint and when I was called by the "regional manager" he was very condescending and laughed at me for paying. Calling me a liar, saying if I had these concerns why on earth would I pay them... And then told me it was too late, they already had my money. Please do not trust this company.
