Would strongly suggest seeking an alternate collision repair option as the Birchwood experience was a waste of time due to their lack of follow-up, unresponsiveness, and overall disregard for the client experience.
The paint does not match. They will not return phone calls to make arrangements to correct this. It has been a month.
Original repairs took five weeks. They do not offer courtesy cars.
Brought my Lexus Nx here don’t do it ! Worst job ever, orange peel paint, fasteners missing, poor gap between panels and when called to complain female manager never returned my call!
Terrible dealership. Workmanship is poor at best. If you get your car looked at by a professional, you will be shocked at the quality of work. They use second hand parts and claim its brand new
They will leave your car with additional damage, and make all sorts of false claims to get out of paying for damages that caused.
Their management team is a joke. Only focus is on taking your money and absolutely no care for customer service.

They say it is a 3 hour process. More like 5-6 hours and they make all kinds of excuses why it isn't done.
Do yourself a favour and take your car to Boyd or some other reputable collision place. Unless, of course you have nothing else to do.
Work was done quickly and completed before estimated. The repair looks fine, as good as new. As well, they checked a small issue that seemed to arise from the accident without charge. It hasn't been a bother since.
