We ordered a very expensive applique curling banner for provincial winners. We received it with an incorrect Pepsi logo, and all applique & embroidered text was (is) slanted and crooked. Due to poor workmanship, we could not use the banner as planned during award presentation, and they could not replace it in time. They ended up fixing the logo, but not the crooked text and still kept all of our money with no offer of compensation & refusal to fix crooked text. Trying to get $$ back via Visa.
