I found the staff to be very caught up in their own activities, with no greeting or acknowledgement of patients when they arrive for their appointments. This happened all three times I attended this office. I realize there is no receptionist, but each person should at least be asked why they are there, not simply ignored until the staff is ready to call them in for treatment. I was quite weak after surgery and ended up going home because I was not able to wait.
