I am a customer and my mother is a customer and we both have received poor product not working product and we paid good money and the woman won't help at all just been very disrespectful and very crude I hope you don't treat your mother the same way you treated us my mother bought me a headset for gaming for Christmas it never worked my mom bought a phone from the same place and it's crap she cannot hear me when I call her it's all from bird on a wire
