Have you ever had fresh pasta – pasta that’s cooked from scratch using eggs and semolina flour, and not dried out to increase its shelf life? Once you try it, it’s tough to go back to dried pasta, which is what most of us are used to eating on a regular basis. At Raviolino, all of the pasta noodles, sandwich breads, soups, sauces and ravioli are made in-house, resulting in some great lunch and dinner options.
For those privileged enough to live in the area, this has become one of Kitsilano’s premier local pasta houses. Serving the community fresh pasta for years now, Raviolino has built a great reputation among those in the know.
