These people are extremely rude and abusive. They offering a lower gold price than the actual spot scrap buying price to buy my gold twice. I gave them another chance and offered to sell more gold recently. I asked one of the employees, a older middle eastern guy with glasses, what the carat and weight was, but he kicked me out and told me not to come back. I had to ask because they are not transparent and would just give me an dollar amount in the end. This was how I got scammed in the past.

Great place for buy and sale your gold and silver. Also I bring in my jewellery for re-style it, The gemologist helped me and recreated a new piece of jewellery, I love the new ring, thank you J&M.

There price for buying 1oz gold bullion was $20 better than a place 4 blocks down the street. Quite happy especially when selling multiple bars.

I don't see why the coin department staff have to be so unpleasant. I think it's possible to answer questions without being arrogant. I'd go somewhere else - the prices are all the same.

Not impressed

Wow. Just not impressed... First of all, TERRIBLE customer service; a couple of the gentlemen there were very rude, and i did not feel welcomed at all. I've never felt so disappointed with customer service like this before. Secondly, they just took forever to help me...I just wanted to make a quick purchase, but they took a very long time to come back to the cashier desk...I was probably standing there for 10 minutes or so. Lastly, I went to the store hoping to buy a few silver dollar coins...but seeing how young I looked (I'm 20), they just assumed I didn't have the money to buy it, and they did not even let me take a look at their products. They were letting other customers look at it, but when I asked, they just said NO and waved me off. VERY UNFRIENDLY, VERY RUDE.

poor

every payday i buy a few hundred dollars worth of silver bullion,i was looking for some coins, found this place and saw good reviews.The guy in there was not helpful and very rude!, i guess your not an important customer unless your spending thousands. I just walked out, and wont be going back.

Such A GREAT Store!

This store is literally fascinating. Rows of display cases with watches, jewellery and coins are all incredible and beautiful to look at. They carry all kinds of jewellery and seem to offer pretty good prices. They also buy gold and you don't even need to send it away to some late night advertiser in an envelope! They also carry a myriad of collectible coins and had the largest coin that I have ever seen that really sparked the imagination of our child. Furthermore, they also service jewellerry and were able to help us out with an issue we had with some rings that not many other jewellers could help us with. Definitely check out J&M Jewellers next time you're in the market for some jewellery!
