Bought 3 bottles of wine here n the guy placed all 3 in a thin plastic bag. Walked less than 10 steps outside his store n the bag ripped, dropping a bottle n breaking it. Went back in, let the guy know, show'd him the bag he said he'd give us a new bag but not replace the wine bottle as per "store policy from his boss". I asked to see the store policy or speak to his boss, but he wouldn't do it. Doesn't even try to keep the customer happy. Won't be coming back n telling family n friends too.
