Great prices but disappointed in return service. Returning linens was told I was one short. I had them count twice, was correct but told I was still one short. Later got a call saying it was all there, their mistake. A few days later get a call saying an issue with cleaning one of the cloths, gum on it. Charging us for a new cloth. I personally took them all off the tables and checked them, the only stuff on them were food stains. All returns were in a big pile and they know which one was ours?

Poor customer service, poor quality products, dirty chairs, overcharged when returning products, rude staff, overall complete dissatisfaction. Do yourself a favor and rent your party supplies from somewhere else. These people do not deserve to be in business.

BEWARE to anyone considering using this group for your rental. Extremely unprofessional lady that runs it. She comes off nice in the beginning and then is horrid for pick up and overcharged after the event for things that she should not have. The coffee pot didn't work for our event and she didn't care and fought us on it. No consideration and no tact and no professionalism and I never ever ever write negative words about anyone but I feel compelled this time. I have email proof.
