My 67 year old mother was accosted in the parking lot and threatened that a police report would be filed by the Manager after she refused to take a toaster oven that had been dumped by someone else, but that they assumed was hers. He was forced to apologize by head office and offered a 100$ gift card. Is a 100$ gift card the going rate for false accusations, intimidation and humiliation? Outrageous.
