I have been trying to contact them about my account which I have been blocked from accessing at the paper that I subscribed to although I am being billed monthly. The Richmond phone number sounds like a scammer and cant contact a person unless you know their extension but directors not listed. Cannot contact CustomerCare on line either.
These people dont reply to emails and hide behind an automated phone system. I dont know how they got my parents information but they wont be charging them anymore. They act and appear to be scammers.
