Probably the rudest person & worst service Ive ever experienced at a retail outlet. I went in with some cartridges to be refilled because Id had others done there in the past under previous ownership. The current owner was abusive to the extreme when I tried asking for some advice about a full cartridge I brought in that wasnt working properly. He started swearing at myself & my wife after making several threatening moves towards us, even raising a cartridge that was in his hand as if to hit me.
