Been a customer for years. Arranged an ppt. Buying 4 new snow tires. Today I was treated terribly along with another customer. I showed up for an 08:30 appt at 8:15. I was told they were too busy. We were both told if we don’t like it go somewhere else. I asked Karl why are you being so rude as I’ve done nothing to you. Again he told me I can go somewhere else if I don’t like it. Told him where to go and left. NEVER AGAIN!!!! Karl you could have handled it politely from the start!

I am incredibly h...

I am incredibly happy with the service I received from them. As a full time student I have to make any money I can afford to put towards my car go as far as possible. They have been more than affordable when I have had to replace a tire, and other minor repairs. I believe they have opted for a friendly neighborhood approach to customer service as a way to maintain and bring in new customers and it has definitely worked for me.

horrible customer service

Service very non-personable. After installing tires continual air leakage from valve body, resulting in on going lose of pressure when returned to have it serviced, charged again to fix leaky valve they installed; there is obvious a lack of attention to quality control and detail. Not to mention when question about it the "boss" makes derogatory comments about customer in front of customer to staff. Advice don't use this shop.
