I have always been treated fairly in the pharmacy, drug coverage I was nor aware I had was used for prescription. I have to wait occasionally, but if I go outside of heavy traffic hours I'm OK.

I had to wait for more than 4 hours today to get my prescription today.

The departments where one needs assistance are enormously UNDERstaffed and more than once that we had to just walk away.

Pharmacy is too busy and therefore you wait to drop off prescriptions and you have a long wait to have them filled. Fairly frequently they do not have needed drug in stock. Staff at front checkouts are friendly.
