    Terrible

    Terrible experience with these guys. They told me there was nothing wrong with my furnace, and they still charged me $94.50 for the visit. Turns out the fan and the timer were both broken (I had another company fix it)--when I told GCC about it they told me that it wasn't their problem and that I'd better pay up. Poor quality work, awful professionalism; go somewhere else.
