Great service

Loved my time at Big O. The coffee was fresh and the front desk girl was really helpful. I've bought from them before and forgot how nice they are. I won't forget again!

The Very Best In Customer Service since 1993

I have always had Tim and his staff take care of my tire needs when I am in Nanaimo. As a matter of fact I have been a customer since 1993. The reason I take my business to this particular tire shop is the wonderful customer service that I have consistently enjoyed over many years. Worst service!

I came to this location one morning and asked if they could had time to help me with a low tire, he said sure we can squeeze u in I then waited about 45mins before he even came back and another 45min till I had to blow my own tire up take it off the stand and then I left, as I left I saw the man inside making and then having a coffee! Where is the customer service? I will never go back or tell anyone to go here!
