We have been taking our vehicles there for over 6 years and always happy with the service. The auto service department has made some staff changes recently and now when I call to make an appointment, I have to call at least 3 times. No one from that department answers the phone and I have at one point, let it ring for 8 minutes before someone at the auto desk finally picked up. I work and cant really afford to spend that much time trying to book an appointment.

Great staff, the girls in the sports department know what they're doing. Evelyn, I think that was her name?... had great service and always smiling. she didn't know the answer to one on my questions, so she asked her manager and the lady told me that I could have a deal!!! Definitely would go back again.

Terrible experien...

Terrible experience will not deal with them again. They have horrible customer service and the manager was extremely rude. I would not recommend them to anyone. They do not take ownership of their mistakes. Even when you have proof that it was the stores error the do next to nothing to make the experience better. I would give no stars if that was an option.

Auto Service is a Joke

Came with a simple problem of fixing my dying battery, left with a $420 bill for a new starter that DID NOT fix my problem! When I complained, the staff were incredibly rude and pushed my problems aside. If you need your car worked on, don't you dare even consider Canadian Tire

Terrible service

Sales associate was incredibly rude at the check out, went to the auto department a different day and it took 20 minutes for them to even get to my question.

Mission Canadian Tire Automotive Repair

I would definitely not recommend the the Mission Canadian tire. I had a recent experience with the Automotive dept. Had an appointment with them to do a wheel alignment on my truck. Went there 3 times, the first time was my fault, the second time they couldn't do the job. The third time used the excuse that bolt was in backwards, that they new more about the orientation of the bolts than Mogul the manufacturer. The worst retail experience I have had, can't stand the absolute rudeness of the Manager and his staff. The bottom line is they were unhappy that I replaced all the parts in the front end and they were only doing the alignment
