With a flair for entrepreneurship and a love of Mediterranean food, Ashok Bajaj knew a good business opportunity when he saw one. "Ocean Park Pizza opened in 1984," says Ashok of his Walnut Grove pizza and steakhouse restaurant. "I saw a wonderful business opportunity when it came up for sale in 2002. It is located in a very good area on a very busy road." The name Ocean Park Pizza is well-known in the Lower Mainland. "There are six locations,” says Ashok, "and they all have different owners."
The restaurant boasts pizzas and pastas, as well as Greek specialties and barbequed dishes. "Our customers rave about the size of their entrée and the prices on the menu," says Ashok. "Also, the quality of our food is undisputed. We use authentic Greek seasonings on our food and absolutely no MSG."
