The manager was rude and no- caring to my problem. Wouldn't help in anyway
I was completely unimpressed with the rep from the auto dept. He was extremely pushy, condescending and didn't ask me any questions to uncover my needs and come up with a solution. At some point tried to sell me a cell phone pkg for my personal use when I didn't express any desire or issues with what I had. to be a hero for some reason in his mind? Bizarre. I won't return even though I have bought many times but don't see any reason to from poor sales exp and no longer rewarding air miles.
