My first experience: Being on hold and listening to their telephone recording about how valuable I am for over 30 minutes and then calling back at 12:05pm to discover they have gone for lunch.
Very much in pain after a Colonoscopy and I could not get a hold of Dr. Agnew. I called in the a.m. and then went right to the office. I was told he would contact me as I was very uncomfortable after one week of the procedure. He did not contact me and I was left to figure it out on my own. I would ask for another Doctor. I believe that he used too much CO2 and extended my colon. Very painful. Missed work and had much bleeding.
