Friendly to costomers on the phone
Not very friendly to customers over the phone when I required help to look for my drivers licence they forgot to give me when I filled up in BC. It is pain to have to leave your credit card or licence to fill up. I would not leave my Credit card out of my sight, I had my credit card comprised by gas stations before.
