I locked my keys in the car my window was down 2 inches. EFM Towing (Owner) wanted too charge me $100 dollars for an unlock. I offered $60 cash (no) I offered $80 cash he said $90 or I drive away. I said no $80 the usual cost is $68/$60 if you have cash. He said no I had to drive in from Kimberly. He is a Cranbrook based company 741 Industrial Road. He drove away saying good luck getting any Tow Company to help me. A Gentleman in a grey truck unlocked my suv and would not take a penny Thanks ?

The vehicle was left unlocked in the facility which has no surveillance system. My license plates and battery as well as a number of other personal effects and power tools were stolen. When asked for an itemized invoice the owner refused to issue any form of paperwork and said that the dollar amount owed should suffice. He did not deduct the $300.00 already paid. he became agitated and argumentative and proceeded to bump me with his car mirror repeatedly while attempting to drive away.
